Responsible for the research and development of new technologies and mechanisms in immune cells, stem cells, antibodies, tumor immunity, etc.;

Assist R&D team members in their work, and manage the initiation, implementation, and completion of scientific research projects;

Collect and sort out scientific research progress information and industrial trends in related fields, and provide suggestions for the company's strategic goals;

Responsible for the application of relevant patents, literature, and government projects at all levels.

1、
PhD in molecular biology, immunocyte biology, stem cell biology, tumor immunology, antibody engineering, gene editing, or other related majors;

Under 35 years of age (inclusive), preferably those who received PhD within the last 3 years;

Have the ability to organize and manage R&D plans in an all-round way, and be good at teamwork;

Have published one or more academic papers as the first author in influential high-end journals or have applied for leading at least one nationally or locally funded scientific research project in the past three years (preferred);

Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
