  Post Responsibilities:

  1. Fully responsible for the research and development of new technologies in CAR-T, CAR-NK or antibodies, develop product pipeline R&D plans, establish project management mechanisms, and supervise the effective implementation of R&D projects;

  2. Collect and sort out scientific research progress information and industrial trends of CAR-T, CAR-NK, or antibody technologies, and provide suggestions for the company's strategic goals;

  3. Organize and guide the application of R&D project-related patents and funds, as well as government projects at all levels;

  4 Responsible for the work guidance, performance evaluation, and development of training plans of R&D team members;

  
  Qualifications:

  1. PhD in immunology, oncology, antibody science, cell biology, or other related majors; overseas study or training background preferred;

  2. Rich experience in research and development of CAR or antibodies against solid tumors or novel cell therapy products;

  3. Ability to organize and manage R&D plans in an all-round way, and good at teamwork;

  4. At least two years of experience in related positions, and experience in research paper publication and project application;

  5. Self-motivated, and with a strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills;

  6. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills;

  7. Physically healthy, well-behaved, with no bad habits.
